Pediatric Home Service is Hiring a Recruiting Coordinator (Temp) Near Roseville, MN

We are looking for an organized, detail oriented, and highly motivated Temporary Recruiting Coordinator to join our team and actively facilitate the flow of candidates through the applicant to new hire process. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to enhance the candidate experience including attracting candidates, sourcing, assessing incoming resumes, scheduling interviews, and more. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you have thorough knowledge of HR best practices and have innovative ideas.

THE POSITION:

  • Location: Roseville, MN
  • Title: Temporary Recruiting Coordinator
  • Schedule: Full Time
  • Shift: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Assist our recruiting team in writing and posting job ads, sourcing candidates, scheduling phone interviews, and identifying opportunities for strategic initiatives such as diversity outreach
  • Use our robust ATS system to full capacity by sourcing passive applicant pools, building requisition templates and interview tools, ensuring cohesion and accuracy across our job library
  • Consult with hiring mangers after employee status changes and terminations to identify recruitment needs, backfill roles, and start the requisition approval process
  • Champion and implement ongoing recruitment and retention initiatives
  • Coordinate and execute career fair scheduling and logistics including signing up, ordering supplies and prepping attendees
  • Administer social media recruitment campaigns across various platforms
  • Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports
  • Handle any Talent Acquisition related invoices as needed
  • Perform other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven work experience in sourcing or as a recruiting coordinator
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline
  • Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems
  • Experience using social media to drive applicants

EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2 years of recruitment or HR experience required
  • Bachelor's degree in related field from four-year college or university
  • Experience in the DME or healthcare related field preferred
